Fire Prevention Week Open House

Wednesday, October 6 | 5:30-7:30pm

All are welcome to join Mdewakanton Public Safety for a tour of the fire station, safety demonstrations, and equipment demonstrations from local and state organizations. Refreshments will be provided, and a chili cook-off will take place among Mdewakanton Public Safety staff and other teams. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Sparky the Fire Dog, the official mascot of the National Fire Protection Association.

This annual event is held in honor of Fire Prevention Week, which runs Oct. 3-9.
